
The MADE in Myanmar SMART Factories Programme is pleased to invite garment factories to participate in the upcoming Human Resource Management Training (Batch - 2).
Effective human resource management is fundamental to building stable, productive, and compliant workplaces. This three-day training is designed to strengthen the capacity of HR and compliance personnel by providing practical knowledge and tools to improve workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour requirements.
