On April 20th and 21st, the next workshop in our series focused on effective factory level social dialogue will take place. This interactive training involves separate sessions for worker representatives and management representatives of the factory's workplace coordination committee (WCC). The training is conducted in Myanmar language with some English language materials available. It is free-of-charge for interested factories, but suppliers of retailers participating in the MADE project receive priority seating. This training module will be repeated throughout 2023, normally once per two months. Factories joining the group sessions on April 20th and 21st must also commit to a one day on-site session in their company to complete the module.
