Our next workshop on Social Dialogue & Effective Grievance Mechanisms is planned for March 19th & 20th, 2026. This course uses a highly interactive training methodology, designed to build-up empathy and greater understanding of the roles of employer representatives and worker representatives. This workshop teaches the importance of systems-based communications within large industrial workforces and it guides factory staff on the legal and practical requirements for genuine, elected worker representation.

Typically, over 2 days duriation, one session is held with elected worker representatives in one training room and a separate session with employer representatives. Joint workshops sessions (employer reps + worker reps) of duration 1 day are then held on-site at each participating factory.
