Our workshop on Implementing HR Management in Apparel Industries took place from Feb. 25th to 27th.
This training is designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance HR team performance and productivity by sharing best practice in garment factories on HR management. The training covered a range of topics such as HR management functions as well as policy based improvements, employee relations, HR outcomes evaluation and many more necessary topics.

This workshop is taught primarily in Myanmar language. Factories supplying MADE members are charged 285,000 MMK to participate, to offset catering costs (lunch/coffee/snacks). A discount was provided for early registration and payment.
